Vaccination Schedule
Vaccination dates and tracking
From the first feed to the first word to the first day without a diaper — everything in one place, for each child separately. Free, in Arabic.
The vaccination schedule is built from your child's exact age and surfaces on the home screen before the date, not after. Mark each one complete and keep the full record for nursery, school or travel.
"The neighbours' son is bigger" is not a measurement. Enter height and weight and the app plots them on WHO growth curves so you see the actual percentile instead of anxious comparisons.
Most child apps forget the mother entirely. Here you also get tracking for your own health, a postpartum depression screener, and a recovery guide — alongside everything about your child.
Twenty tools available to you from day one — all free.

Traditional, holistic and natural tips
Across the Arab world, countless myths surround periods, pregnancy, and women's health — and many of them are harmful. We built Dawrat Hayat to replace rumors with trusted, expert-reviewed information, in clear Arabic that speaks to you.
Our goal is simple: to help every woman understand her body, track her health, and make confident decisions — without shame and without complexity.
I have two boys and I used to mix up their vaccine dates. Now each one has his own record.
Mother of two
I stopped comparing my son to the neighbours' kids once I saw his percentile on the growth curve.

It isn't just days on a calendar. Your cycle explains your energy, mood, appetite and sleep — and the app connects the dots for you. Free, in Arabic.
From week one to the delivery room — know what's happening inside your body, what your baby needs, and when to call the doctor. Free, in Arabic.
Postpartum, planning to conceive, and pregnant with kids.
We are Ghaith and Zeinab — a married couple. Ghaith is a Palestinian-Jordanian software engineer, and Zeinab is a biomedical scientist at the Karolinska Institute (KTA) in Sweden.
We noticed there were no apps helping Arab women this way, and that many of the myths spread across our world are not in their interest. So we set out to build something that combines Zeinab's medical expertise with Ghaith's love of technology — to help every woman understand, and find support.
We never sell or trade your data. Our content is expert-reviewed, and the app is free to use. Everything we build is for your comfort and your trust.
